定罪第一批包括了内伊，拉贝多瓦埃，戴尔隆，德努埃特，贝特朗，格鲁希，德鲁奥，阿梅伊，康布罗纳等。第二批把苏尔特，埃克塞尔曼，卡尔诺，万当姆，洛鲍，拉马克，连同马尔博等全定了罪。
第一批里，内伊和拉贝多瓦埃都是去拦截拿破仑时临阵倒戈；贝特朗，德鲁奥，康布罗纳是随同拿破仑从厄尔巴起兵；戴尔隆，德努埃特是拿破仑从厄尔巴一登陆就响应；格鲁希带兵击破王党暴动。
如此看路易十八秋后算账的报复动机占了很大部份。
